  4. Owners of HP LaserJet IIP printer purchased before March 1990 are
  5. encouraged to call the toll-free number.  HP will match the customer's
  6. printer serial number against those of printers with known to have faulty
  7. power supplies.  The printer serial number is located at the back of the
  8. printer, to the left of the power cord.  Serial numbers that begin with '3'
  9. do not have faulty power supplies.
